In November 2012, Aarhus University hosted the Media Architecture Biennale (MAB), in collaboration with the Media Architecture Institute (MAI). This event consisted of three parts: a scientific conference, an industry show, and an exhibition. TEKNE production was involved in arranging the exhibition, and three of the pieces presented were produced by, or in collaboration with TEKNE production: SPINE, City Bug Report, and I Am Feeling. It’s remarkable that we have managed to host the Biennale to Aarhus: It was previously held in Berlin and Vienna, and it will also be held in Aarhus in 2014. The biennale brought together architects, academics, and industry professionals from around the world to discuss media architecture, and how it might transform cities, buildings, and people in the future.
