The Poetry Machine in French
The Poetry Machine is equipped with a brand new French piece for the ELO Conference in Montreal
This year at the Electronic Literature Organization Conference in Montreal, visitors will be able to read and interact with the Poetry Machine, which will both present English translations of previously developed pieces, as well as a brand new French piece, written by Quebecois authors Yan St-Onge, Benoit Bordeleau, and Gabriel Tremblay-Gaudette. The title of the new piece is ’Textes remixés du #LaboPoésie’.
The new French version is developed as part of the project Turn on Literature, headed by Roskilde Bibliotekerne. It explores translation of electronic literature and is curated by Aarhus University associate professor Søren Pold.
