The Bucholtz Villa at Struer Museum framing interactive soundscape of the past

Visitors interact with the sounds of the author's living room

 

Opening at 16th of July it is possible for visitors at Struer Museum to experience an interactive soundscape in the living room at the Bucholtz Villa. Bucholtz being an known author in the past had a lively home which writers and colleagues frequently visited. The installation is created in collaboration between CAVI and Struer museum, and it gives the visitors a chance to play around with sounds, identified and created as a result of a thorough design proces focusing on sounds as a design material, in this case focusing on authentic sounds.
