2014.01.20 — Everybody loves a challenge. To launch the new research program, Fablab@School.dk, schoolteachers and managers were invited to participate in a three-day workshop that included hands-on-experiments with new technologies, and discussions of how to build future FabLabs
2013.12.15 — More and more forms of human activity involve digital devices such as cell phones, tablets, desktop computers. However, creative practice in the field of design and architecture still relies on analog materials, such pen and paper, Post-it® notes, and whiteboards. The CIBIS project builds and explores a blended interactive space that spans various digital devices and analog materials.
2013.12.12 — The Polish city of Wroclaw is designated as one of the two European Capitals of Culture of 2016, the year before the baton is passed to Aarhus. In connection with this, the management of “Wroclow Capital of Culture” visited Aarhus and CAVI to establish a collaboration.

2013.11.22 — How do you transform an installation originally intended to capture “echoes” of 18th century Aarhus, to capture the sounds of a present-day Aarhus neighborhood? By developing the sound archive of "Ekkomaten" in collaboration with the residents of Møllevangen, Morten Breinbjerg and Jonas Fritsch framed Ekkomaten with a new narrative, and in a new social setting.
2013.11.02 — After being presented at the public library in Aarhus, the interactive installation, Ink, has started off on a wider tour of some of Denmark’s other public libraries. CAVI, and project member Søren Pold, are pleased to bring Ink to a broader context, and that more people will be able to experience the poem-generating installation.
2013.10.15 — Within the framework of Beijing Design Week, Interactive Beijing was hosted under the theme “Our Air, Our Responsibility!”, September 28-30. Head of Department Morten Lervig represented CAVI/PIT in his talk on “Interacting with visual stimulation, fostering new behavior through digital strategies”, with a focus on climate-related digital art.

2013.06.25 — DAC, the Danish Architecture Centre, features the work of the internationally acclaimed star architect, Zaha Hadid, in her first solo exhibition in Scandinavia.
2013.05.31 — At the SPOT festival held in Aarhus in the beginning af may 2013 CAVI presented both RadarTable and a brand new interactive musictable – Audiomatter. Audiomatter is created by the group Bitcrushers affiliated to CAVI, and this were the first public launch of their work with the interactive table. Both installations were presented at Godsbanen in the public foyer area.
